This is a short tour that explores the best that Buenos Aires has to offer. The tour has a jewish focus and our guides will help you get the most of your visit to Buenos Aires.
Itinerary:
Day One
A warm Argentinean welcome awaits you in the form of your Jewish host, who will meet you at the airport and accompany you to your hotel. In the afternoon, explore this vibrant city by sightseeing or shopping. In the evening, you'll enjoy dinner while watching a tango show that will leave you breathless at the romanticism of the country's native dance.
Day Two
Your day is full of exciting sightseeing where you'll experience a glimpse of Jewish Argentina. Start with a visit to AMIA and then explore the immigrant museum, You'll learn how Jews arrived in this South American port and then stop at the Israeli Embassy. You'll finish with visits to a Judaica shop and Jewish bookstore and enjoy treats at a kosher McDonalds.
Day Three
Your morning is spent at Villa Crespo, a traditional Jewish area and you'll visit synagogues and yeshivas before shopping for leather goods on famous Murillo Street. After tasting Argentinean style Jewish cooking, you'll visit the Belgrano neighborhood., A large conservative presence here is represented by the Conservative Latin- American Rabbinic Seminary, as well as a brand new Shul.
